href=\"#stories\">Reportagen<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eine Grundvoraussetzung f\u00fcr funktionierende Gesundheitssysteme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die COVID-19-Pandemie hat den weltweiten Gesundheitsfachkr\u00e4ftemangal sehr sichtbar gemacht. Fast alle L\u00e4nder haben \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig von ihrem sozio\u00f6konomischen Status \u2013 Schwierigkeiten bei Ausbildung, Bezahlung und Bindung des f\u00fcr eine angemessene Gesundheitsversorgung n\u00f6tigen Personals. Trotz dieser schwierigen Rahmenbedingungen k\u00e4mpfen Gesundheitsfachkr\u00e4fte weiter in vorderster Linie gegen die Pandemie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Weltgesundheitsorganisation (<em>World Health Organisation<\/em>, WHO) sch\u00e4tzt, dass bis zum Jahr 2030 weltweit 18 Millionen qualifizierte Gesundheitsfachkr\u00e4fte fehlen werden (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/health-topics\/health-workforce#tab=tab_1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WHO, 2020<\/a>). Insgesamt sind heute 47 L\u00e4nder von einem Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel im Gesundheitswesen betroffen. Vor allem L\u00e4nder mit niedrigem und mittlerem Einkommen in Afrika und S\u00fcdostasien haben mit dieser Herausforderung zu k\u00e4mpfen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Jahr 2018 waren weltweit 130,2 Millionen Menschen im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen besch\u00e4ftigt (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ilo.org\/global\/publications\/books\/WCMS_633135\/lang--en\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\">ILO, 2018<\/a>). Arbeitspl\u00e4tze in diesem Sektor zu erhalten und Neue zu schaffen, ist nicht nur elementar f\u00fcr die Erreichung der&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/health.bmz.de\/de\/gesundheit\/universelle-soziale-absicherung-im-krankheitsfall\/\">universellen sozialen Absicherung im Krankheitsfall<\/a>&nbsp;(<em>Universal Health Coverage<\/em>, UHC), sondern f\u00f6rdert auch ein sozialvertr\u00e4gliches und nachhaltiges Wirtschaftswachstum. Frauen machen 70 % der Besch\u00e4ftigten im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen aus. Deswegen sind Investitionen ins Gesundheitspersonal auch Investitionen in die berufliche Zukunft f\u00fcr Frauen und Jugendliche (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/health-topics\/health-workforce#tab=tab_1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WHO, 2020<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Die deutsche Entwicklungszusammenarbeit setzt sich f\u00fcr ein nachhaltiges Vorgehen gegen den Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel im Gesundheitswesen ein<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Qualifikation von Gesundheitsfachkr\u00e4ften ist ein wichtiger Teil vieler Gesundheits-Vorhaben der deutschen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. Alle gesundheitsbezogenen Schwerpunktthemen des BMZ, also&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/health.bmz.de\/de\/gesundheit\/pandemiebereitschaft\/\">Pandemiebereitschaft<\/a>, der&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/health.bmz.de\/de\/gesundheit\/one-health-ansatz\/\">One Health-Ansatz&nbsp;<\/a>und&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/health.bmz.de\/de\/gesundheit\/sexuelle-und-reproduktive-gesundheit-und-rechte\/\">sexuelle und reproduktive Gesundheit und Rechte<\/a>, erfordern nachhaltige Investitionen in das Personalwesen im Gesundheitssektor. Sie st\u00e4rken nicht nur das Gesundheitssystem, sondern wirken sich auch positiv auf die berufliche Bildung, wirtschaftliche Entwicklung, Migration und Gleichberechtigung der Geschlechter aus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) und die KfW-Entwicklungsbank unterst\u00fctzen daher im Auftrag des BMZ unter anderem die Entwicklung von Lehrpl\u00e4nen f\u00fcr Gesundheitsfachkr\u00e4fte, die Akkreditierung und Zertifizierung von Aus- und Weiterbildungsprogrammen sowie M\u00f6glichkeiten einer nachhaltigen \u00f6ffentlichen Finanzierung all dieser Ma\u00dfnahmen. Dabei werden auch private Unternehmen in die Konzeption von Ausbildungen eingebunden, da sie in vielen L\u00e4ndern eine wichtige Rolle bei der medizinischen Versorgung spielen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Auch auf internationale Ebene macht Deutschland sich f\u00fcr Gesundheitsfachkr\u00e4fte stark<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf internationaler Ebene unterst\u00fctzt die Bundesregierung unter anderem die&nbsp;<em>High Level Commission on Health Employment and Economic Growth<\/em>&nbsp;(ComHEEG) und die Umsetzung des gemeinsamen Aktionsplans der WHO, der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation (<em>International Labour Organization<\/em>, ILO) und der Organisation f\u00fcr wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (<em>Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development<\/em>, OECD).<br>Sie arbeitet mit dem&nbsp;<em>Global Health Workforce Network&nbsp;<\/em>(GHWN) der WHO zusammen und macht sich
